Thanks for stopping by my blog, too!! I find myself very fortunate in that I'm not on any meds and don't have many (if any at all) problems from diabetes.
My new diet (read "way of eating") seems to be helping lots... now if I can just get to the Y to exercise more!?!! I'm having a much easier time of it all now...
